I had a pipe burst due to freezing over and was without running water for three days until the ice melted and cars could get around. The situation was bleak. But within 24 hours of me reaching out to Hat Plumbing, Andrew and Landon were at my house ready to diagnose and solve the problem. They were amazing! They arrived promptly, got to work right away, and had a ballpark estimate in 10 minutes for me before completing any work. After a more thorough examination, they determined the actual amount and in no time, the repairs and replacements were completed.
Andrew also put me in touch with a contractor to repair my drywall and flooding issues, and Luis the contractor showed up while they were there to also give me an estimate on home damage repairs beyond the plumbing issue. I’m so appreciative of that extra step of finding a reputable contractor being done for me. I’d give them both ten stars if I could!
