Larry and Collins were amazing!!! Larry was very knowledgeable and talked me through the process. They both kept me updated throughout. I just recently moved into this house and wasn't informed just how bad the plumbing was. They had to replace almost all of the pipes. They came in first thing in the morning and stayed the entire day working non stop. They're dedicated.

From the moment he arrived, Jarred demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge as he carefully assessed the situation, explained in clear and understandable terms, and presented the most appropriate solutions. I particularly appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. He did not recommend unnecessary repairs or attempt to upsell services. He was straightforward about what needed to be done. His communication and customer service made a very stressful experience feel organized and manageable. During the course of the repair, a few unexpected complications arose. Jarred handled the challenges efficiently and worked diligently to ensure everything was resolved properly and in a timely manner. It’s hard to know where to start on this humbling learning experience! However, it is easy to say how Jose walked me through all the twists and turns of the aftermath of broken pipes from a foundation repair! Larry with Hat Plumbing provided outstanding service from start to finish. From the initial free estimate to completing the job, he was professional, honest, and efficient. Although the membership option didn’t work out, we still received a great deal at $310 for servicing two backed-up toilets, but we had gotten the snaking option. After dealing with several other companies, Hat Plumbing truly came through. I highly recommend Larry and the team for any plumbing needs. Reliable, fair, and excellent work—thank you again! Hat was amazing! They resolved our issues with speed, truthfulness, and explained it all as they were helping us resolve the issue. Not even owned my house 1 year before the hot water went kaput. I called Roto-Rooter’s; the guy was rude, clearly didn’t want to be here, took 1 second to look before saying I needed a new one. Quoted me $3,500 but then said, but that’s for a first-floor installation; for 2nd floor, 2 guys, you’re looking at $4,800. Hat saved me $2,800 and not only that, they were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and fast!! These guys know what they’re doing. Will be going with Hat for all my plumbing needs moving forward.
