Not even owned my house 1 year before the hot water went kaput. I called Roto-Rooter’s; the guy was rude, clearly didn’t want to be here, took 1 second to look before saying I needed a new one. Quoted me $3,500 but then said, but that’s for a first-floor installation; for 2nd floor, 2 guys, you’re looking at $4,800.
Hat saved me $2,800 and not only that, they were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and fast!! These guys know what they’re doing. Will be going with Hat for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

I just recently moved into this house and wasn't informed just how bad the plumbing was. They had to replace almost all of the pipes.
