I had an excellent experience with HAT Plumbing, Heating and Air from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing. When my air conditioner started having issues, they were quick to schedule a visit and showed up right on time. The technician (David) took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, explain the problem in a way that was easy to understand, and walk me through the available options without any pressure. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency—it’s not something you always find. The repair was completed efficiently, and my A/C has been running better than ever since. They left everything clean and made sure I was satisfied before heading out. Pricing was fair, especially considering the quality of service. I would absolutely recommend HAT Plumbing, Heating and Air to anyone needing A/C repair or maintenance. Reliable, trustworthy, and top-notch service all around.

Keller arrived when he said he would, and we found out the water shut off was buried. He got to work and was able to dig it up and swap out the outside water hose connection. He managed to dislodge a plastic bottle from my sewer line which had blocked both toilets in my house. A bid from another company was $10,000. Junior did it for under $600. Thank you! I had a water leak. Larry came out immediately and diagnosed the problem, also dug down and cleaned the shut-off box so I can have access to the box. Found location of leak and explained word for word what needed to be done. Explained the best option and gave me the best option plan that works for me. He was so nice and pleasant, and also knew everything he was doing. Had company before that was priced so much higher before that. I am so grateful for all his help and expertise. I would so recommend Hat Plumbing Heating and Air to anyone. I got a monthly plan 143.00 monthly. Larry and I think his name was Brandon were so good. They did an amazing job. They did exceptional work and went out of their way to provide me with the best at an excellent price, so grateful to both. They worked so hard, and it's so good. 10 STARS. Highly recommend this company.

Although the membership option didn’t work out, we still received a great deal at $310 for servicing two backed-up toilets, but we had gotten the snaking option. Not even owned my house 1 year before the hot water went kaput. I called Roto-Rooter’s; the guy was rude, clearly didn’t want to be here, took 1 second to look before saying I needed a new one. Quoted me $3,500 but then said, but that’s for a first-floor installation; for 2nd floor, 2 guys, you’re looking at $4,800. Hat saved me $2,800 and not only that, they were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and fast!! These guys know what they’re doing. Will be going with Hat for all my plumbing needs moving forward.
