Had a sewer line leakage issue just on the outside of home. Joey from Hat Plumbing very clearly explained to me the issue and process of fixing and offered to send his licensed plumber to my home at no charge to provide a quote. Jose was the guy who did the job. I was sent a text with tracking info on his arrival where I could see what time he will arrive and see real-time track his location. Jose was very professional, ran a camera down the line, identified the issue, and checked the rest to ensure there is nothing else. He wrote up a quote which was fairly priced. While repairs were ongoing he kept me updated and sent me pics of work after he finished. Job site was cleaned very professionally. I cannot ask for better service. This is what I call good business practice where you earn a customer for life. Thank you Hat Plumbing.

Not even owned my house 1 year before the hot water went kaput. I called Roto-Rooter’s; the guy was rude, clearly didn’t want to be here, took 1 second to look before saying I needed a new one. Quoted me $3,500 but then said, but that’s for a first-floor installation; for 2nd floor, 2 guys, you’re looking at $4,800.
