We Have Hot Water Again
Our hot water heater went out this morning. Called them, and Larry R came out and put in a new one. He was very nice, got to the job, and we have hot water again.

Larry and Jr. were great. My only disappointment was the bill, $370.00 to install a temperature and pressure release valve, total time on the job 2 hours. That just seems a little high.

Not even owned my house 1 year before the hot water went kaput. I called Roto-Rooter’s; the guy was rude, clearly didn’t want to be here, took 1 second to look before saying I needed a new one. Quoted me $3,500 but then said, but that’s for a first-floor installation; for 2nd floor, 2 guys, you’re looking at $4,800.
